Our sex dolls are made from durable materials and can be cleaned with warm water and soap.

※Do not immerse the neck or head of the sex doll in water. Water may seep into the seams and affect the internal frame and materials.

If water does get inside the doll, hang it up to air dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight.

Most stains can be completely removed.
●You can use TPE bleach to remove stains, but please note that due to factors such as the source of the dye and the length of time the stain has been present, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.

Comb your hair to make it smooth, and then put it into the designated bag.

You can use commercially available women's cosmetics for makeup.

Please avoid storing your sex doll in direct sunlight or in damp places.
We recommend placing the doll on a bed with soft cushions, or storing it in the cardboard box it came in, maintaining the same posture as when you received the package.

Please note that if storing for a long period, the areas in contact with the doll should be padded with a pure white towel or similar material to prevent color transfer from other materials onto the doll's body. We also advise against storing the doll in a bent position for extended periods, as this may cause wrinkles.

When you purchase a sex doll, it will come with fingernails already attached.
You can also install commercially available artificial nails yourself and attach them using commercially available adhesive. It is not recommended to frequently change or apply nail polish to the doll's fingernails.

Some products have movable eyes. The mouth can also move, making the doll look more realistic, but some dolls do not have movable eyes and mouths.
Some dolls support an upgraded moaning function, and some brands, such as WM Doll, support an AI voice box. These upgrade options allow the dolls to make sounds.

The intimate parts of the sex doll are very realistic in design, made from elastomeric material, allowing you to enjoy a flexibility and softness close to that of the human body. The interior is also meticulously simulated, and some brands even offer a variety of channel textures to choose from.
After use, you can clean it with warm or cold water using a cleaning pump, or you can use a cleaning agent.

To make the doll stand, select either "standing with bolts" or "standing without bolts (hard feet)" in the standing options. First, lay the doll flat on a bed or table with its limbs extended, in a "resting" position. Then, slowly lift the doll and adjust its balance to make it stand. It may be difficult at first, but once you master the technique, it will become easy. "Please handle with care to avoid accidents."

You can use adhesives specifically designed for silicone or TPE to repair it, but there's no guarantee that the repair will be seamless, and it may leave visible scratches.

We are currently unable to provide repair services. We do, however, sell specialized repair kits, which you can use to perform the repairs yourself.

We currently support two installment payment methods. The first is a 30-day interest-free installment plan. This plan involves two payments: 50% is paid when placing the order, and we will immediately begin production. The remaining amount is paid approximately 30 days later (some products may require a longer production time), and we will ship the product immediately after receiving the final payment. The second method is payment through a third-party payment platform. For more information on installment payments, please contact us by email.

You can pick up your order at a nearby FedEx/UPS location. After placing your order, please provide us with the address and name of the FedEx/UPS location closest to you. Please note that according to the courier's regulations, any loss of packages due to failure to pick up the package within the specified time will be the responsibility of the recipient.

The goods will be packed in reinforced cardboard boxes, with blankets or cushioning materials inside. To protect your privacy, we will ensure strict confidentiality during shipping, and the contents of the package will be completely concealed.

The goods will be shipped under an individual's name, not a company name. If the customer does not specify a product name, the default name will be "Clothing Display Model".

All our products are made from imported materials and are of superior quality. They have passed CE and RoHS certifications, which means they are non-toxic, harmless, and safe for human use.

For orders of in-stock products, the order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped. For custom-made products, you can cancel the order before payment, but after payment, a handling fee will be charged according to our return policy.

If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we will only replace defective products (please refer to our return policy for details).
Furthermore, due to health and hygiene reasons, all the sex dolls we sell are brand new, therefore we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for used products or for reasons unrelated to product defects.
